I have no idea what it is, but I wanted to try to make an alien of sorts. 1/2 Halo Grunt, 1/2 Halo Elite, 1/2 real bull, 1/2 Haroegen (spelled wrong!) from Star Trek Voyager.

Oh yeah, a littttle bit of the Green Goblin.
